Nestled in albums, tucked in boxes, and hung all over her walls were decades of pictures. As we went through them, seeing generations of our family, many no longer with us, I was reminded of the value and importance of what I do.

I believe freezing a moment of your family life in time is a beautiful gift to yourselves, as well as one to pass on to your children and grandchildren. I'm here to tell you to not let another day, another month, another year, slip by. Regardless of the season of life you're in, whether your kids have two legs or are covered in fur, your memories deserve to be documented.

It brings me so much joy preserving sweet family moments for those who value the love and bond of family, just like I do. Let’s plan a day to create images to fill those frames on your wall! 

In the early months of 2021, my 95-year-old grandmother had to be moved out of her home to live with my uncle. She had reached the point in her life where she could no longer care for herself.

My family and I began going through every inch of my grandmother's home to make the difficult decision of what to do with all of her things. We made three stations. One station was for the items we wanted to keep in the family. The other two were for giving away or selling.

Of all the things my grandmother had collected in her 95 years, what do you think ended up in the “keep in the family” station? Her pictures. No one cared about the furniture, the knick knacks, or her china. It was the pictures  that mattered most.
